We offer a standard shipping price of £2.95 to mainland UK on all items on the website and there is a free delivery option when you spend just £25! As standard items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, please allow up to 3 working days for items to be shipped. If you need an item more quickly we do also offer express shipping at a charge of £5. If you choose the express shipping option then items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard. If you need an item sent the same day then please do get in touch to make sure that this is possible and we will do our best to get it out to you on the same day.
You can also collect items from Liskeard for free.
If you would like an item shipped internationally just choose the option at checkout and we’ll send you an invoice for postage. International postage is charged at cost and items are sent via Royal Mail as standard.
All of our items are sent in environmentally friendly packaging. We will reuse packaging where possible but new packaging will be made from recycled materials and will largely be recyclable. Please reuse or recycle any packaging we send you.
Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, please contact hou@gwisklowen.co.uk to arrange this. If you receive a faulty item please contact us at the above email address and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as we can.
Please note that any items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived to you. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, bedding or food items.
